His firm provides digital products, consulting, and execution services specifically designed for the unique needs of independent schools.

Rajit's deep commitment to the independent school sector stems from his experience as an alumnus of Phillips Academy Andover. This personal connection drives his passion for helping schools achieve operational sustainability while delivering high-quality education. His expertise spans both the strategic and operational sides of school leadership, having served in senior positions, including CFO and COO at multiple NYC independent schools.

His impact extends globally as the Chief Operating Officer of ISTE+ASCD, and through his previous work as a management consultant at EY-Parthenon, where he supported independent schools across dozens of countries with business strategy initiatives. This international perspective, combined with his previous role on the NYSAIS Business Affairs Council and industry experience, positions him as a thought leader in school business operations and strategic planning.

Rajit's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Education Technology from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This combination of business, educational, and technological training enables him to bridge the gap between traditional school operations and emerging digital solutions.

In his personal time, Rajit enjoys exploring interior design, choreographing South Asian dance, and traveling to off-the-beaten-path destinations around the world.
