This session will focus on developing the capacity of independent school business officers to present financial information to key stakeholders in their schools clearly and efficiently, and in turn empower those stakeholders with strategic finance knowledge to inform their leadership decisions. This deep dive session will focus on the format of such presentations and teaching moments, as well as specific approaches and strategies that business officers can incorporate into their leadership practice.
